Key Responsibilities• Accurately input and process customer orders into our internal systems. • Verify order details, pricing, and quantities to prevent discrepancies and errors. • Communicate effectively with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues. • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all order transactions and customer information.• Assist with general administrative tasks related to order processing as needed. • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and data confidentiality guidelines. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery. Required Skills• High school diploma or equivalent. • Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors. • Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote work environment. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
