Oracle Fusion AnalystRemoteJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across key functional modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance, SCM, HCM, or Procurement. This fully remote role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, or Procurement based on requirement). • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and Oracle Fusion configurations. • Support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot production issues, and provide end-user assistance. • Configure Oracle Fusion setups, workflows, approval hierarchies, flexfields, and reporting tools. • Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, issue resolution, and post-production support.• Develop and maintain documentation including BRDs, configuration workbooks, process flows, and SOPs. • Partner with technical teams to support integrations, data conversions, and reporting. • Assist with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates: impact analysis, testing, validation, and deployment. • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices leveraging Oracle Cloud functionality. • Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR creation, tracking, and resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst.• Strong knowledge of at least one Oracle Fusion module:• Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)• Procurement (PO, iProc, Sourcing, Supplier Portal)• SCM (Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing)• HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence,Compensation, Talent)• Experience with Fusion configuration, setups, workflows, and functional troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of business processes within ERP environments. • Proficiency with OTBI/BI Publisher reports, FBDI templates, and data upload processes. • Experience with testing cycles: SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation.• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications• Experience supporting cross-module dependencies. • Exposure to integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs). • Oracle Cloud certifications (nice to have). • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
