Role: Oracle Developer/IntegratorLocation: 100% RemoteDuration: Long termRate: MarketPositions: 2Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer/Integrator to as an expert in creating reports and dashboards within the Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle database management, SQL, and a deep understanding of OEM functionalities to design, develop, and integrate reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into our organization's data.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience as a Developer/Integrator in an Oracle OEM environment. • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database management. • Experience in creating reports and dashboards using OEM reporting tools or similar BI tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes. • Familiarity with Oracle database administration is a plus.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities:1. Report and Dashboard Development:• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive reporting and dashboard solutions. • Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive reports and dashboards using OEM's reporting and visualization tools. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reports and dashboards created.2. Data Integration and Extraction:• Utilize SQL and PL/SQL skills to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the OEM environment. • Develop and maintain data integration processes to ensure the availability of real-time or near-real-time data for reporting purposes. 3. Performance Optimization:• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in reports and dashboards, optimizing their speed and efficiency. • Conduct regular performance tuning and monitoring of OEM components and databases to ensure optimal functionality.4. Security and Access Control:• Implement security measures to ensure that sensitive data is protected in reports and dashboards. • Define and manage user access and permissions to restrict or grant appropriate levels of access to the reporting system. 5. Documentation and Training:• Maintain detailed documentation of report and dashboard designs, data models, and ETL processes. • Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues on using reports and dashboards effectively. 6. Collaboration and Communication:• Collaborate closely with database administrators, system administrators, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions.• Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
