Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients on Oracle Cloud solutions. Collaborate with project teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs. Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and develop comprehensive strategies to address them. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for team members, providing guidance and mentorship. Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to clients and colleagues. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud implementation. Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.Contribute to the development of new tools, methodologies, and best practices for Oracle Cloud consulting. Develop strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor to drive client satisfaction and retention.
