[Remote] Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VBeyond Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead complex implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules while collaborating closely with HR leaders to create scalable solutions. Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. • Work closely with HR business leaders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable HCM solutions.• Provide expert-level support across modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Absence,Compensation, and others. • Drive system enhancements, quarterly release reviews, and impact analysis for Oracle Cloud updates. • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials. • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, data migration, and reporting needs.• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
