PEOPLE FORCE CONSULTING INC is seeking a Sr Data Modeler to lead the design and development of scalable data models for healthcare payer data initiatives. The role involves working remotely with cross-functional teams to support data warehouse migrations and enable analytics through optimized data structures. Responsibilities• Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models• Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories• Analyze source systems and define bolthires schemas in Snowflake• Lead data warehouse migration from legacy platforms to Snowflake• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements• Implement data governance-compliant schemas• Support ETL processes and data warehousing initiatives• Apply industry best practices for data modeling and database design• Use tools like Matillion, Visio, and BPMN for documentation and modeling• Translate business needs into optimized data structures for analytics and reportingSkills• Minimum 10 years of experience in data modeling and data warehousing• Proven expertise in Snowflake, Azure, and SQL• Experience in Healthcare Payers domain.• Familiarity with Power BI, Matillion, and Lakehouse architecture• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and canonical models• Ability to work independently in a remote setup• Excellent communication and documentation skills• Relevant certifications in data platforms or cloud technologies are a plus• Recent 5 yrs in Healthcare Domain, Data Vault Modeling, ERWINCompany Overview• People Force Consulting is an innovative and leading Technology Solutions provider.
