Lawyer for Strategic Co-employment (CBOT Seat Sub-Lease)

Small nonprofit cleaning supply products manufacturing firm with incidental hedging privileges seeks business counsel for strategic co-employment partnership as it leaps from passive production for trade into trade per se. Alloyed obtained a license to engage in trade as a principal from CME Group this week after a showing of competency and now seeks a few responsible, mature, financially stable adults admitted to the bar who would not derail a membership application at the world's premier derivative clearing organization to join our nonprofit as a member.You'd be expected, along with a few other attorneys, to:• Draft and review contracts for engagements with external vendors• Facilitate negotiations with internal teammembers as contracts elapse or require modification• Attend trade compliance matters and liaise with NFA, Co. Div. Ins., IL Dept.
