Must-have qualifications• 4+ years’ experience in strategy, strategic operations, or management consulting with proven results in fast-moving, tech-enabled organizations. • Hands-on experience implementing strategy across product portfolios, including digital product development and product launches. • Practical expertise with KPI frameworks and OKRs; dashboards and planning tools (Power BI, Tableau, Asana, Notion, WorkBoard) and AI-enabled analytics.• Fluent English and available to overlap with global timezones. Nice-to-have• Experience in digital health, SaaS, or product-led growth environments. • Background in management consulting or scaling strategy teams and playbooks. Compensation & performance bonusesBase fee: USD $1,500–$2,500 per month (depending on experience).
