US Lawyer Needed for Full Turn-Key LLC Setup for Family Investment Vehicle
Hi,We are two non-US residents looking for an experienced US corporate/securities lawyer to set up a US LLC (state of your recommendation) for a very small private round (€200k–€1M) exclusively with family & friends. The LLC will invest in publicly traded equity securities (primarily US-listed stocks and ETFs).
