We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to utilize our platforms, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvements based on data and insights. Key Responsibilities• Digital Operations Management: Maintain day-to-day management and optimization of our email channel and digital operations, including development, QA, deployment, and reporting for Global Campaigns and Tier 1 events.• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with campaign leads, Field Marketing Managers, Events Marketing, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to create the best digital experiences. • Customer Engagement Strategy: Drive and make recommendations on how to effectively engage customers within digital channels, including cadence and frequency. • Campaign Targeting and Segmentation: Implement targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns. • Test Plan Development and Execution: Develop and execute test plans across all digital channels.• Process Development and Maintenance: Establish and maintain scalable processes for email, social channels, paid media, and internal reporting. • Campaign Performance Analysis and Optimization: Provide campaign performance analysis, communicate timely optimizations, and drive results. • Asset and Campaign Management: Manage the maintenance of a library of assets and campaigns, including asset hierarchy and management. • Localization Support: Support the localization process for campaigns, including Localization and Activation for international geographies.A Day in the LifeAs a member of our Global Campaigns & Virtual Programs Digital Marketing Team, you'll be part of a group of platform and process experts delivering scaled programs for stakeholder teams globally and in upward of 12 supported languages. When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there's nothing we can't achieve in the cloud.Requirements and QualificationsBasic Qualifications• Professional MarketingExperience: 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. • Email Engagement Programs: 1+ year of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience. • Technical Skills: 1+ year of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience. Preferred Qualifications• Data Visualization Tools: Experience using data visualization tools. • Data Analysis and Best Practices: Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.• Advanced Excel Skills: Knowledge of bolthires Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. • Email Best Practices and A/B Testing: Knowledge of email best practices and A/B testing methodologies within Marketo. • Global Cross-Functional Teams: Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
