This role involves regular travel within the coverage territory, attending industry events, and leveraging a consultative sales process to meet client needs. The Director will also be expected to stay well-informed about the company's diverse offering menu, lead the new manager roll-out process, and work closely with asset management partners to support capital-raising efforts.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a client-facing role within the alternative investment industry, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role requires the ability to sell and support a range of alternative investment products, including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, and real estate offerings. A Series 7 and 63 licenses are mandatory, and the candidate must be willing to obtain a CAIA within three years of hire.The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a sales pipeline, leading CRM efforts, and be committed to a rigorous sales process.
