The ideal candidate will be responsible for transcribing and annotating text from various document types, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data preparation for OCR and machine learning applications.This position demands a strong sense of autonomy, adaptability, and precision. A keen eye for detail will be a key asset for success. RoleResponsibilities:• Transcribe content (handwritten and typed text) from scanned or digital documents. • Annotate text (draw bounding boxes around text lines) using annotation tools. • Review and verify transcribed data for accuracy and completeness. • Maintain consistent labeling standards and adhere to project guidelines. • Report issues and suggest improvements to enhance OCR performance.Requirements:• Idiomatic fluency in Hebrew. • High proficiency in English both written and spoken. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. • Must have access to a computer and be able to work effectively in a remote environment. • Ability to meet daily quality standards and have strong attention to detail. • Flexibility, ability to adapt and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently. • Ability to track, analyze, and report issues. • Good oral and written communication skills.• Problem-solving abilities. • Excellent time management.
