Our Financial Health is expanding our national Pathway to Homeownership initiative, and we are seeking dedicated, well-spoken Call Center Representatives to speak with prospective clients and guide them through their first steps. This is remote, mission-driven work where you will be the voice of our organization—supporting families, explaining program benefits, and assisting them in scheduling financial wellness consultations.Position: Call Center Representative (Remote)- Pay: Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses- Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available-What You’ll Do• Call and speak with prospective clients interested in our Pathway to Homeownership Program• Explain how our program helps families improve their financial foundation and prepare for homeownership• Collect basic intake information and schedule follow-up appointments• Maintain accurate notes and client records• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure professionalism and compliance• Use our cloud-based dialer system for outbound and inbound calls• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, empathy, and communicationRequirements• Must be well-spoken, professional, and comfortable speaking with diverse families• Must have checkable employment references (we will verify past employers and work history)• A quiet work-from-home environment• Reliable internet connection and computer• Ability to be connected to a dialer system — all calls and work activity will be monitored for quality and productivity• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills• Dedication to helping families and a passion for community empowerment• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred but not requiredWho We’re Looking ForWe want serious, dedicated representatives who believe in the mission.This is not just another call center job—it is an opportunity to change lives, guide families toward financial stability, and help them begin their pathway from renting to owning.
