About AUGR IncAUGR Inc. is a private investment firm focused on acquiring and scaling mission-driven service organizations. We are in the process of adding a respected addiction recovery center to our portfolio, and we are seeking a senior Board Advisor with deep experience in behavioral health addiction treatment, healthcare administration, or treatment center operations. This advisory role supports AUGR leadership and the CEO of the portfolio company in strategic guidance, regulatory oversight, and long-term growth planning.Position SummaryThe Board Advisor will serve as a high-level strategic partner to AUGR and the executive team of the recovery center. This individual will provide insight on industry regulation, clinical operations, safety standards, payer relationships, risk management, and scalable organizational structure. The ideal candidate has decades of experience leading high-performing treatment programs or large-scale behavioral health organizations and is comfortable influencing long-term strategy without daily operational involvement.Key Responsibilities• Advise AUGR and the CEO on clinical quality compliance and operational best practices• Provide guidance on accreditation, licensing, and regulatory requirements within California and nationally• Support strategic planning around program expansion, patient outcomes, technology integration, and organizational design• Review performance metrics and help interpret key trends within revenue cycle admissions census, and clinical delivery• Support leadership with high-level problem-solving and resolution of complex operational or clinical challenges• Offer introductions and insights related to payer contracting, referral networks, and healthcare partnerships• Participate in scheduled advisory meetings and provide input on quarterly and annual objectives• Serve as a trusted sounding board for executive decision-making across the portfolioQualifications• 8 or more years of senior executive leadership in addiction recovery, behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare services• Deep knowledge of addiction treatment standards, clinical best practices, and regulatory compliance• Experience operating treatment centers, detox facilities, residential programs, PHP, IOP, or similar care settings• Strong understanding of payer relationships, billing models, utilization review, and reimbursement structures• Proven ability to mentor and guide senior executives and boards• Exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and communication skills• Prior board advisory experience preferred but not required for exceptional candidates• Graduate level education preferred, including MBA, MHA, MSW, PhD, MD, or related fieldsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Paid time off• Referral program• Vision insuranceApplication Question(s):• How many years of experience do you have in the Addiction Recovery Space?Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
