[Remote] QA Consultant(Automation Tester)

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cloudesign is seeking a QA Consultant with a focus on Automation Testing. The role involves developing and executing test plans, managing testing processes, and ensuring quality assurance across various domains, particularly in BFSI. Responsibilities• Hands-on with basic understanding of BFSI Domain Topics and their ways of working - including Banking, Capital Market, Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Trading, Insurance, NPS• Hands on with expert understanding on Java• Hands on with expert understanding on IDE setup for Automation Testing – IntelliJ or Eclipse• Hands on with expert understanding on XML/ Json and usage of Postman, Swagger and Rest Assured• Hands on with expert understanding on Functional Automation Testing with Selenium (using Java) - Data driven• Hands on with expert understanding on Mobile Automation testing tools – Appium using BrowserStack• Framework using TestNG, Page Object Model (Hybrid, Data Driven, Keyword Driven)• Hands on with basic understanding on with data testing and database testing• Hands on with basic understanding on Types of Testing – Performance Testing, Stress and Load Testing and reporting• Hands on with basic understanding on Containers – Dockers, Kubernetes etc• Hands on with basic understanding on any DevSecOps platform – AWS Pipeline/ Jenkins/ Bamboo• Hands on with basic understanding on any Cloud platform – AWS/ Azure/ GWT• Hands on with expert understanding on usage of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Collaboration tools• Hands on with intermediate level understanding with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and office• Hands on with intermediate level understanding with MS word, excel, ppt and visio etc• Hands on with expert level understanding on STLC – Creation of test plan, Creation of high-level test scenarios, Creation of test cases, Review of test cases, Daily reporting process, weekly reporting process, traceability matrix• Hands on with expert level understanding on Test Design techniques• Hands on with expert level understanding on SDLC Models – Waterfall & Iterative Model• Hands on with expert level understanding on SDLC Models – Agile Methodology -
