The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time, part time in the clinic and part time Telehealth. Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in any of the following states: FL, GA, NC, SC, or VA.Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states. What You'll Love About Us:· Competitive Pay· 7 paid annual holidays + 3 weeks PTO that grows with time· Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance· Retirement & savings plan· Leadership development programs: coaching, mentorship, and skill-building activities·Professional development opportunities including advanced certifications and Orthopedic Residency· Potential relocation assistance· Tuition reimbursementWhat You'll Need:· Physical Therapist License· Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience· Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish· Experience providing Digital Health Services preferredWhat You'll Do:· Uses digital platform to deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development.· PerformsRemote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services including interactive communication and monitoring. · Supports digital services with appropriate documentation. · Works closely and supports operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care and staffing needs. · Performs physical/occupational therapy RTM monitoring and treatment in accordance with standards of practice established. · Communicates with the primary treating clinician providing revisions in treatment as appropriate. · Develops regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services.· Serves as a liaison between providers and Program Manager. · Utilizes digital services as a strategy to develop therapeutic alliance with patients. · Advocates for digital services to optimize and grow remote services at CORA. · Assists the RTM Program Manager in developing RTM best practices. · Maintains regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics. · Participates in program development and marketing efforts as directed by the Executive Director of Clinical Education and Program Manager.· Collaborates with other departments as necessary. · Actively pursues opportunities of professional growth. · Completes other job duties as outlined by the Executive Director of Clinical Education. · Maintains standards of professional and ethical practice according to APTA/ AOTA Guidelines in the full scope of physical/occupational therapy services. · Understands and follows all CORA business, compliance, and employment policies and procedures.
