Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Designs for Health is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to develop, organize, and optimize their corporate SharePoint environment. The role focuses on enabling knowledge sharing and secure document collaboration while ensuring timely communication for manufacturing and distribution teams. Responsibilities Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and user access Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and manage SharePoint content, pages, and document libraries Support business units in creating team sites and pages that align with brand and governance standards Implement and document SharePoint best practices for structure, navigation, metadata, and permissions Troubleshoot SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integration issues, escalating complex issues to IT as needed Support internal communications and collaboration tools including intranet news, workflows, and document sharing Create and maintain site templates, reusable page layouts, and document management frameworks Train and assist end users on SharePoint features, content updates, and file organization best practices Collaborate with IT to ensure security, compliance, and data integrity within the SharePoint environment Contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital workplace by identifying and implementing SharePoint enhancements Translate priority SharePoint posts into channel ‑ ready assets: huddle scripts, posters, signage slides, Teams notices, with QR back to the SharePoint source of truth Use audience targeting by site and shift; coordinate cascades with plant leaders and HR Managers; run a weekly publish cycle Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft SharePoint Online in a corporate environment Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps) Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint pages, document libraries, and workflows Understanding of SharePoint permissions, content types, and version control Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously Basic understanding of information architecture, metadata, and content governance principles Experience with PowerShell scripting or Power Platform tools (a plus, not required) Company Overview Designs for Health is a delivering high quality nutritional supplements and educating health care company located in Suffield.It was founded in 1989, and is headquartered in Suffield, Connecticut, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
