Real Estate Lawyer Needed in Tbilisi
We are seeking an experienced real estate lawyer based in Tbilisi, Georgia to assist with the purchase of a small-scale real estate property. The ideal candidate should:✅ Be licensed to practice law in Georgia✅ Be physically located in Tbilisi and able to assist also in person (when needed) during the documentation and notary process✅ Have proven experience handling real estate purchase transactions for foreign clients✅ Have excellent command of English. ✅ Be responsive and available to answer questions arising throughout the property purchase processScope of Work- Review and explain all legal documentation related to the property purchase- Assist and represent during the purchase process- Provide legal and practical guidance to ensure a smooth and compliant transaction- Verify the property’s legal status, conduct due diligence, and review ownership documentation- Ensure all procedures comply with Georgian property and registration lawsRequirements- Licensed Georgian lawyer (if possible please attach proof or indicate bar registration number)- At least 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate purchase or conveyancing- Experience working with foreign buyers (preferred)- Available for occasional in-person support in Tbilisi if needed (for notary, registration, representation etc.)FeesPlease indicate your fee proposal for the entire process (fixed fee for the entire process preferred, but hourly or milestone-based proposals are also welcome).Apply tot his job
