Asset Management and Investment Analyst role

##Key Responsibilities:Market Research: Regularly update and manage the investment database to ensure accurate and current information. Asset Management: Support the implementation of business plans, including activities related to leasing, refurbishment, property enhancement, and asset disposition. Acquisition: Assess and act on new real estate investment opportunities, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses for new investment opportunities and existing assets within the portfolio.Fund Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment committee memorandums, closing reports, quarterly fund reports, and minutes for investment committee meetings. ##Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Experience in fund management or fund reporting is advantageous. Genuine interest in real estate investments. Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with waterfall distribution analysis is a plus.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
