Key Responsibilities Liaise with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Resource Modeling and Forecasting (RMF) teams to identify best practices and implement them in future processes, tools, and training. Develop and execute comprehensive team communication plans, ensuring seamless communication of key decisions and results to stakeholders.Drive the development of a global integrated project budget, working closely with functional representatives and leadership to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation. Demonstrate exceptional self-management and organizational skills, managing your workload, setting priorities, and adjusting as needed to meet project demands. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in a health-related, scientific, or engineering field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Knowledge of drug development processes and experience applying project management tools and processes in cross-functional settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
