[Remote] Account Executive Venture Capital

The Account Executive will conduct discovery calls with founders to understand their fundraising needs and provide tailored advisory services and capital access solutions. Responsibilities• Run 10–12 qualified discovery calls per day with founders and CEOs• Lead consultative conversations that uncover fundraising goals, timelines, and challenges• Present Evvolve’s advisory structure and partnership options in a clear, compelling way• Convert discovery calls into signed engagements• Track activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM with precision• Collaborate with senior partners and analysts to tailor solutions for each clientSkills• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (finance, SaaS, or professional services)• Proven record of closing high-ticket deals ($20K+ ACV)• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust fast• Comfortable in a high-activity environment (10+ calls/day)• Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills• Competitive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by resultsBenefits• Base salary• Commission• Uncapped earnings with accelerators for over-performanceCompany Overview• Evvolve & Partners is an asset management and advisory firm dedicated to preserving and growing capital through strategic deployment into high-growth opportunities.It was founded in 2022, and is headquartered in Hamburg, HH, DE, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
