About the Role (your why)Regulatory Business Consultant within Datacom’s Local Government consulting team. You’ll work with customers to translate business needs into effective Datascape ERP configurations, supported by a collaborative project team and product specialists.You’ll help ensure successful outcomes for local government clients through practical advisory, hands-on configuration, and focused training. What you’ll doAs Regulatory Business Consultant you will be focused on:• Assisting with the delivery of solutions to meet the customer’s required outcomes through business requirements gathering and functional analysis, including identification of any gaps (alignment of customer needs to product capability)• System configuration• Training• Issue Resolution and UAT Support• Go Live Deployment• Documentation: Contributing to the development of training material• Training: Training and guiding customers on the Datascape ERP solution• Quality Management: Engaging inProfessional Services quality assurance processes• Customer Satisfaction: Assisting to manage customer expectations and ensuring a positive customer experienceWhat you’ll bringRequired experience:• Business consulting / analysis• Application configuration / system administration• In depth knowledge in a local government setting• Understanding of other ERP modules• Building & Planning applications experience in a local government setting• Any other regulatory application experience• Understanding of ERP modules• Local government experience would be looked upon favourably• ERP vendor systems experience would be looked upon favourablyWhy join us here at Datacom?Datacom is one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
