Job OverviewYou will be part of the central nervous system of the US operation. One team that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks while we scale our customer base.You Will Own• Help building and maintain HubSpot CRM (deals, pipelines, tasks, automations)• PO intake• Order status board• Coordinate with finance partners, freight forwarders, and associated plants. • Track containers, customs docs, payments, and follow-bolthires• Create simple dashboards and weekly reports for leadershipMust-Have• 5+ years as Ops/Launch Coordinator, Virtual Assistant, or Inside Sales Support in B2B distribution/import• Expert in HubSpot (or similar CRM) + Zapier/Make automations• Extreme attention to detail and process creation• Fluent written & spoken EnglishNice-to-Have• Automotive / aftermarket or logistics background• Worked with logistics / container imports• Bilingual, multilingual habilities.Compensation & Perks• $55k–$75k base (depending on experience/location)• Performance bonus up to $10k/year tied to building / maintaining effective systems. • Fully remote + flexible hours• Health benefits + equipment stipend – After trial period. • Clear path to Ops Manager as the US oil distribution grows.
