Job Description:• Create the brand strategy and identity that positions Bizee as the Entrepreneur Operating System. • Shape messaging, storytelling, and emotional connection with founders at all stages of their journey. • Drive brand activation across channels, content, partnerships, PR, and thought leadership. • Own the company-wide acquisition, activation, and retention strategy. • Build a disciplined, ROI-driven growth engine across SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliates, lifecycle, and CRO. • Transform SEM into a predictable profit center with high intent efficiency and scalable expansion.• Scale RA, Compliance, and subscription growth through targeted lifecycle automation, segmentation, and value communication. • Improve retention and recurring revenue through behavioral nudges, timing signals, and predictive insights. • Build the systems, dashboards, attribution models, and operating cadences that bring clarity to marketing performance. • Partner with Data/AI to embed intelligence into segmentation, experimentation, targeting, and growth models. • Ensure investor-grade forecasting, reporting, and unit economics discipline.• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to ensure experiences and funnels convert, retain, and delight. • Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, pricing, LTV/CAC modeling, and capital allocation for growth. • Work closely with Sales, CX, and Operations to ensure the full customer journey is cohesive and value-rich. • Build and mentor a world-class marketing organization across brand, growth, content, creative, and ops. • Implement strong operating rhythms, clarity of ownership, and a bias for speed, experimentation, and results.• Elevate Bizee’s marketing culture to high accountability, high creativity, and high performance. Requirements:• 12+ years in marketing leadership across growth, brand, and performance roles. • Proven success scaling subscription or tech-enabled service businesses from acquisition through LTV. • Deep expertise in SEM, performance marketing, and multi-channel growth. • Experience building brand strategy and creative systems that translate into measurable outcomes. • Fluency across marketing operations, attribution, CRM, lifecycle automation, and analytics.• Ability to think strategically, operate cross-functionally, and move with speed and precision. • Strong leadership presence, storytelling, and communication skills. • Cultural alignment: Heart, Hustle, Grit, Humility, and No Fluff.
