Job Description:I am looking for an experienced document specialist who can reformat, customise, and re-brand an existing documentation pack. What the job involves:Reformatting the full documentation pack (policies, procedures, forms, etc.)Adding new logos, branding, headers, and footersUpdating styling, formatting, and layout to ensure a professional and consistent lookMaking changes based on a style and branding guide that will be providedDelivering the final pack in clean, editable formats (Word / PDF)Ideal Freelancer:Strong experience in document design, reformatting, branding, or professional templatesFamiliar with NDIS documentation (preferred but not essential)Detail-oriented, fast turnaround, and able to follow instructions preciselyGood communication and ability to provide suggestions for professional improvementAdditional Information:All content is already created — this job is mainly about formatting, branding, and presentation, not writing from scratch.A guide will be provided outlining, fonts, and layout expectations.
