Metadata Analyst- ISDLocation:REMOTEPay Rate:Open to Both C2C and W2 optionsPosition Type:Multiyear ContractJob Description:The Enterprise Metadata team is looking to add a Metadata Analyst. The Metadata Analyst will work on the Azure projects. The analyst will be creating/updating metadata on large data assets. The analyst will be working with multiple teams and several datasets to ensure all files and columns have metadata within the cloud. Responsibilities:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand source systems and data assets• Work with business data owners, business data stewards, and technical data stewards to collect, review, and publish Metadata• Develop, maintain, and manage Data Catalog (e.g., bolthires Purview) and PowerBI Reports• Evaluate and enhance the Data Governance & Metadata Collection Framework• Provide updates on the daily stand up on work completed the day before and plan of work to be completed todayQualifications and Skills:• Eagerness to learn how data flows between sources, systems, and applications• Ability to analyze data and determine how the data can be used• 2+ years of data analysis experience; SQL preferred• 2+ years of bolthires Office Suite• Effective communication and collaboration skills• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyDesiredQualifications:• Understanding of Agile framework• Understanding of Azure Dev Ops• Understanding of ETL process• Previous experience with Data Governance in a Financial Institution• Previous experience with Metadata in a Financial InstitutionFor immediate consideration, please apply directly or contact Ryan Pustilnik at.#J-18808-LjbffrApply tot his job
