Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Job SummaryRocker Health is seeking a compassionate, client-centered Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality care to individuals and families across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering therapeutic services using evidence-based practices and will thrive in a flexible, supportive, and innovative remote environment. This role involves working with a diverse population, including children, families, and older adults, through individual, couples and group therapy.Key Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings. • Provide therapeutic services using various modalities, including:• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)• Solution-Focused Therapy• Christian Counseling (optional based on client preference)• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions. • Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care. • Provide crisis support and risk assessments as needed. • Stay current with best practices, licensure requirements, and clinical trends through ongoing professional development.
