Our goal:Drive more local foot trafficIncrease online salesDominate local search when people look for supplements, protein, or meal prep near us.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a performance-focused marketer who can manage and optimize:Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Google Ads (Search, Local, possibly Performance Max)Local SEO (Google Business Profile & local rankings)You should be comfortable working with small–mid budgets, testing creative and audiences, and reporting on real results: leads, calls, store visits, and sales. ResponsibilitiesMeta (Facebook/Instagram) AdsSet up and/or audit existing ad accounts, pixels, and trackingCreate and manage campaigns for:Local traffic & in-store visitsWebsite purchases (Shopify)Retargeting (website visitors, IG/FB engagers, past customers if possible)Build and test creatives: images, short-form video hooks, headlines, primary textOptimize for ROAS, cost per purchase, and/or cost per leadProvide clear weekly performance summaries & next stepsGoogle AdsAudit or set up:Search campaigns (e.g.“supplement store near me”, “protein powder near [city]”)Local campaigns and/or Performance MaxDo keyword research focused on:Local search intentSupplement/nutrition keywordsOptimize bids, keywords, and ad copyReduce wasted spend & improve conversion rateReport key metrics (clicks, conversions, cost per conversion, etc.)Local SEOAudit and optimize Google Business Profile (photos, categories, services, posts, offers)Help improve rankings for local queries like:“supplement store near me”“[city] nutrition store”“meal prep near me”Suggest and help implement:Local landing pages on Shopify (if needed)Review strategiesLocal citation opportunitiesRequirementsProven experience running Meta and/or Google Ads for:Local businessesE-commerce (Shopify is a plus)Bonus if you’ve worked with fitness/supplement brandsStrong understanding of:Conversion tracking (Meta pixel, Google Tag, Google Analytics, Shopify)Basic funnel strategy (cold → warm → hot audiences)Experience with Local SEO:Google Business Profile optimizationLocal keyword research and on-page recommendationsAbility to communicate clearly:What you didWhy you did itWhat we’re seeing in the numbersNice to HaveExperience with ShopifyFamiliarity with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo/Omnisend, etc.)Basic creative skills: ad copy, simple image/video editing or working with provided assetsExperience with fitness, health, or wellness brandsScope & BudgetStart with a test phase (4–6 weeks)If results are solid, move to a long-term partnershipPlease include your hourly rate or project-based fee and typical ad spend ranges you’re comfortable managingWhen You Apply, Please Answer:Briefly describe a local business you’ve helped grow with Meta and/or Google Ads.What were the results?
