Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Logistics & Fulfillment VA to support daily order processing, shipment coordination, and communication with warehouse partners. The ideal candidate has hands-on Shopify experience and is comfortable managing drop ship orders, preparing shipping documentation, and overseeing order tracking from start to completion. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth, timely order fulfillment and maintaining accurate logistics records across platforms. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:• Order Processing & Fulfillment• Place and manage drop ship orders across multiple suppliers. • Generate, prepare, and send shipping labels. • Update Shopify order notes with tracking numbers, shipment statuses, and delivery timelines. • Logistics Coordination• Communicate with warehouse or fulfillment partners to release shipments and verify dispatch. • Collect, evaluate, and compare shipping quotes to secure efficient delivery solutions.• Book international shipments and prepare required customs documentation. • Vendor & Partner Support• Assist in onboarding new shipping and logistics partners. • Coordinate communication and ensure smooth operational handoffs. Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:• Experience with Shopify order management (required).• Background in e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, or operations support (preferred). • Strong understanding of shipping processes, shipping label creation, and carrier comparison. • Ability to prepare international shipping and customs documentation. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple orders simultaneously. • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal). • Comfortable working independently and troubleshooting fulfillment issues.
