Virtual Assistant for Small Business Support (Remote, Part-Time)

We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based small businesses, many of which are family-owned or locally operated. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow, not just a one time task. You’ll play a key role in helping business owners manage their day-to-day operations with professionalism and care. We are currently looking for MST & PST based VAs. Responsibilities:-Provide friendly, reliable customer service and communication-Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence-Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, document prep, inbox and file organization, etc.)-Assist with documenting and updating internal processes (SOPs)-Track tasks and time accurately, and report as needed-Support the operational needs of small business teams in a fully remote environmentWork Style & Availability:This is not your typical 9-to-5.While you’re not expected to be actively working all day, you do need to be available and responsive during standard U.S. business hours. Work comes in intermittently — you’ll log time only when you’re actively handling tasks, emails, or calls. You might work in short bursts throughout the day, depending on client needs. This setup offers flexibility, but also requires reliability and quick response times during working hours.
