You will work closely with our project managers and design team to produce accurate and detailed models that will aid in the planning and execution of our projects. Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain 3D models of sports facilities and event spaces using BIM software- Collaborate with project managers and design team to ensure accuracy and completeness of models- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for presentations and marketing materials- Utilize BIM models to assist in project planning and construction coordination- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Work remotely and independently, while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork and collaborationQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and 3D visualization- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD- Strong understanding of construction and building systems- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and detailed models- Experience with creating 3D visualizations and renderings- Knowledge of sports facilities and event planning is a plus- Excellent communication and time management skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Strong portfolio showcasing previous BIM modeling and 3D visualization workBenefits:- Competitive salary- Full-time, remote position- Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company- Work with a dynamic and innovative team- Collaborative and inclusive work environmentJoin the Evolution Sports Group team as aRemote BIM Modeler / 3D Visualization Specialist and help us bring our clients' visions to life.Please to be a part of our growing company.
