Construction Litigation Attorney - $80-90 per hour

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in real property and construction matters.The role involves managing and developing case files on a day-to-day basis, including drafting discovery and motions, legal research, and depositions. Attorney must hold an active license to practice law in Florida.
