Job DetailsAn international law firm is seeking aSenior Trust & Estates Associate to join its Private Client & Tax practice. The team advises high-net-worth individuals and families on complex domestic and cross-border matters, including tax, estate planning, and structuring. Key Responsibilities:• Advise clients on estate planning, family office structuring, tax-free reorganizations, M&A, and entity formation• Draft and implement complex trust and transaction documents• Experience with CA income tax, QSBS, or cross-border planning, preferred• Contribute to business development through writing, networking, and event participationQualifications:• J.D.required; Tax LL.M. a plus• 6–9 years’ experience in a law firm’s tax, trusts & estates, or corporate practice• Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills• California Bar requiredJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
