Our client, a private equity company based in New York City, is seeking an attorney to assist with M&A matters.This is a long-term interim opportunity. In this role, you will be advising on complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions; reviewing and redlining NDAs, engagement letters, and other routine agreements; preparing ancillary documents such as board consents, officer certificates, and disclosure schedules; advising PE sponsors and investors on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
