RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for the performance of the research study under the medical supervision of the Principal Investigator and the research director. • Oversee 8 clinics with direct reports. Supervisor or Manager experience is required. • The research coordinator is responsible for the overall successful implementation and ongoing site management of the research studies. • Oversee assurance of adherence to SOPs, Good Clinical Practice and FDA regulations. • Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing.QUALIFICATIONS• RN with a minimum of two years of oncology nursing experience and research experience is required. • Candidates should have effective communication skills,• organized,• detail oriented,• strong patient advocates. • Candidates must be available to travel to investigators meetings. • Valid Driver’s License, in state of residency, for travel to clinics. • Must comply with the Company’s Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy#FCS-RX#LI-DL1SCREENINGS – Background, drug, and nicotine screensSafeguarding our patients and each other is an important part of how we deliver the best care possible to the communities we serve.All offers of employment at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background screening.
