Job Title: Captivate IQ ArchitectLocation: Remote/WFH and 20% travel (the client will reimburse travel expenses)Duration: 5 months+ contractDescription:• Lead the implementation of Captivate IQ, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to project timelines• Configure and customize Captivate IQ to meet the organization's specific needs, focusing on SPM architecture and effective data integration• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize commissions and compensation plans, ensuring compliance and effectiveness• Conduct thorough testing and validation of the Captivate IQ system to ensure data accuracy and reliability• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system and promptly addressing any issues.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in SPM or Captivate IQ are preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SPM architecture and data integration, with a proven track record of successful implementations, specifically in Captivate IQ. • Strong understanding of commissions and compensation plans, with the ability to analyze and optimize these processes effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.• Preferred qualifications include experience with project management methodologies and familiarity with data analytics tools; hands-on experience with configurator code and pipeline creation integration is a plus.
