Job DescriptionPersonal Lines Insurance Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in insurance. The successful candidate will manage mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts, providing exceptional service to valued clients. Responsibilities• Manage a portfolio of mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts, including home, auto, renters, condo, recreational vehicles, secondary and high-value homes, boats/yachts, antique/exotic cars, and more.• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. • Manage and service a book of business, handling a diverse range of account sizes. • Utilize agency management software to manage accounts efficiently. • Collaborate with carriers such as Andover, Chubb, Foremost, Hagerty, MAPFRE, Plymouth Rock, Safety, Quincy Mutual, and others. • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of insurance coverage and Massachusetts RMV regulations. Qualifications/Requirements• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts RMV processes and insurance coverage. • Proficiency in using Applied EPIC or similar agency management software is preferred. • Proven experience managing mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
