Analyst, Derivatives Documentation (Delaware)
About the positionResponsibilities• Build and maintain relationships with BlackRock colleagues and service providers. • Assist in managing service provider relationships to ensure successful delivery of contracted services. • Collaborate with external counterparties to set up, maintain, or terminate trading relationships. • Learn and utilize third-party platforms to engage and execute onboarding processes. • Update legal agreements for new accounts to master agreements, including ISDAs and GMRAs. • Monitor and review third-party documentation platforms.• Input legal and derivative static data into systems to support trading and collateral processes. • Represent external parties including clients, auditors, and consultants when required. • Adhere to operational risk management targets. Requirements• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in finance or contract management. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English. • High attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Technologically-minded with the ability to learn various systems and provide feedback.• Desire to offer high customer satisfaction and drive operational improvements. • Organized and focused, capable of meeting tight deadlines in a high-risk environment. Nice-to-haves• Background in finance and/or contract management is desired but not crucial.
