About this RoleAs an InvisorsAdvancedCompensationSenior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver on projects. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, service clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the HCM workstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated.In addition to your client-facing role, every InvisorsSenior Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally. Duties andResponsibilities:An InvisorsSenior Consultant must:• Demonstrate Workday configuration skills and project and industry experience so they can manage client requirement meetings without additional guidance. • Direct the activities of consultants associated with their payroll project under an architect's guidance.• Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees, both within the HCM area at large. • Actively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked. • Contribute to the internal goals of the HCM. Relevant skills and experience:• 3+ Years of WorkdayAdvancedCompensation and/or 3.5-5 of consulting Industry Experience• Experience implementing or working with Workday• Prior consulting experience preferred. • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft ExcelMust be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.Invisors will not sponsor applicants for U.S work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any employment-based visa) Apply tot his job
