Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Hardware Engineering, or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5 years of experience in program management. • 5 years of experience working with computer or data center hardware products. Preferred qualifications: • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. • Experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, computer hardware. Experience with launching datacenter products. • Experience running large programs and managing teams, and experience engaging and communicating with director level and executives.• Sense of accountability, ownership for the project lifecycle, and knowledge of project management. • Technical judgement and understanding of large-scale distributed systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. As a Technical Program Manager at bolthires, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. In this role, you will help further bolthires's business goals through the team's contributions. You will lead both technically and organizationally through influence. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 bonus equity benefits.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities • Lead a diverse cross-functional team, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production. • Manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously with competing priorities. Drive consistency between bolthires Cloud processes and central processes. • Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus. • Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations, and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project.• Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other Technical Program Management groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies. and help the teams you are engaged with in execution.
