Technical Principal Clinical Program Pharmacist - Remote

About the positionResponsibilities• Understand, develop, build and manage complex clinical product initiatives including clinical criteria and associated data analysis• Gather, analyze, and synthesize market information, clinical guidelines and member claims data to support clinical product management initiatives, products and strategies• Analyze and synthesize internal clinical program data, to support product enhancement• Coordinate, launch and implement new products, product enhancements, and process improvements across the product; understand and anticipated the impact on stakeholders• Represent the Clinical department as a strategic partner during customer requirement gathering sessions• Validate the clinical and data accuracy of clinical programs including performance of user acceptance testing of applications and programs• Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships with peers and leaders to drive informed decisions and successful execution of initiatives• May be required to collaborate and interact with client partners• Other duties as assignedRequirements• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree• Current pharmacist license in good standing with State Board of Pharmacy• 3 years of relevant work experience in a retail, hospital, clinical and/or managed care setting, including at least 2 years of work experience in a clinical and/or managed care setting• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency• Proven experience working in regulated environment• Ability to work in ambiguous role with undefined parameters• Exceptional relationship and communication skills; excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under pressure with strict timelines• Ability to develop process efficiencies• Ability to work well in team environmentNice-to-haves• Ability to independently perform database queries using sql• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and associated tools• Experience with python or other tools• Familiarity with data systems, structures and platforms• Agile development experience• Interest in data-mining to make informed decisions to improve programs and processes• Experience in cross-functional departmental collaboration• Broad experience in or exposure to the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) businessBenefits• Health insurance• Dental insurance• Vision insurance• 401k• Paid holidays• Flexible scheduling• Professional development• Tuition reimbursement• Employee discount programs• Life insurance• Mental health days• Paid volunteer time Apply tot his job
