We pay a $36K base (so you've got stability), then uncapped commissions on top. Our current team members consistently hit six figures, and the top performers are pushing $130K. The coolest part? You work from home, and when you're not on a call, your time is YOUR time. Need to throw in laundry? Walk your dog?Make lunch? Go for it—just be ready to hop on a call within 5 minutes when one comes through. (We've got the "Top Workplace" awards to prove our culture rocks.)Hours:Your Schedule (MST):• Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM• Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM• Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage.If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. • You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week. • You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set.This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer.
