Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls from American Express Card Members needing to file insurance claims., • Provide benefit and coverage information to clients., • Set up new claims for customers., • Provide information on the status of existing claims., • Deliver prompt and professional service to fulfill client requests. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent., • 1+ years of experience in customer service preferred., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry., • Analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting policy coverage and claim status., • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively., • Professionalism in responding to high-end clientele.Nice-to-haves • Experience in the travel insurance industry., • Bilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele.
