School Audiologist - Oakland, California

An opportunity is available for a skilled Audiologist to support K-12 students in Oakland, CA, on a contract basis for the current school year. This role involves working directly within a school setting to assess, identify, and manage hearing and auditory processing issues, ensuring students receive the resources and support they need to succeed academically and socially. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive audiological evaluations, fitting and servicing hearing aids, collaborating with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing counseling and guidance related to hearing health.The ideal candidate will be proactive in monitoring student progress and implementing intervention strategies tailored to each student's needs.
