Upstate Services Group - Nursing Home Management Company with facilities in Albany, NY is looking for an Experienced RN MDS Coordinator/Assessor to work in one of our facilities and/or remotely from your home. Knowledge of PDPM and QMs as well as MDS scheduling a plus while a team-player personality is essential. Generous salary and benefit pkg for the right candidate. The MDS Coordinator is responsible to organize, direct and coordinate MDS assessments and PRI’s in compliance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern such programs.The MDS Coordinator will also be responsible for assuring that the highest degree of quality care to residents is maintained by acting as a resource person for the staff.
