Responsibilities:• Complete a variety of formal appraisals of land or real property for lending and non-lending purposes.• Evaluate properties to establish current market values using the Uniform Standards ofProfessional Appraisal Practice. • Making on-site visits, inspecting and measuring properties, and interviewing clients. • Stay informed of current regulations, standards, and best practices. • Deliver high levels of customer service to clients, lenders, homeowners, or points of contact.
