The position demands a self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a collaborative manner and is capable of providing strong leadership in managing complex projects. Applicants for theSenior Counsel position at the company should have a J.S.state bar. A minimum of 4 years' experience in handling securities, corporate governance, and public company compliance matters is required, with a total of 10 years' professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, a proven track record of problem-solving, and the ability to influence decision-making in a decentralized environment. Experience in corporate finance, data privacy, cybersecurity, M&A, and sustainability/ESG reporting is preferred.
