The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal issues related to corporate matters, including securities, corporate governance, and public company compliance. This role is pivotal in advising on and ensuring adherence to various regulatory requirements, such as those set by the SEC and NYSE.TheSenior Counsel will also be involved in key corporate areas like data privacy, cybersecurity, and M&A, and will play a significant part in the company's sustainability initiatives and disclosures. The position demands a self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a collaborative manner and is capable of providing strong leadership in managing complex projects. Applicants for theSenior Counsel position at the company should have a J.S.state bar. A minimum of 4 years' experience in handling securities, corporate governance, and public company compliance matters is required, with a total of 10 years' professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, a proven track record of problem-solving, and the ability to influence decision-making in a decentralized environment. Experience in corporate finance, data privacy, cybersecurity, M&A, and sustainability/ESG reporting is preferred.
