We are looking for a Retention Marketing Producer with a focus on Email and SMS to lead the strategy, project management, and analysis of email and SMS marketing programs. We are looking for someone who has experience and can take a holistic view of all customer touchpoints during the the shopping journey.From Email and SMS marketing to tech stack integrations with retention technologies, in this role, you will help manage the accounts for top Shopify brands in the ecosystem. You will be responsible for overseeing client communication, project timelines, retention strategies, and ensuring the successful function of a robust retention strategy. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with the entire Sticky Digital team to enhance sales and engagement through retention marketing efforts. Responsibilities:• Collaborate closely with external and internal teams, graphic designers, and coordinators to craft and deliver compelling email/SMS strategies tailored for your clients.• Oversee the daily scope of retention marketing projects to ensure timely deployment. • Monitor marketing calendar and testing roadmaps including campaign and delivery performance daily. • Segment email lists effectively and establish systems for nurturing campaigns directed at various e-commerce audiences. • Manage and expand the subscriber database to enhance the email list and boost response rates. • Brief out and support the graphic design team in creating highly responsive and impactful emails optimized for increased conversions.• Measure the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and continually enhance ROI through data-driven insights. • Assist in implementing and optimizing Shopify apps to meet performance metrics and integrate across retention channels. • Analyze holistic E-commerce performance including email marketing analytics and generate performance reports for inclusion in the marketing dashboard. • Monitor user experience issues affecting the email marketing program to ensure timely resolution. • Perform any other duties as assigned related to clients and retention email marketing.PreferredQualifications:• Klaviyo experience is a must. • Minimum of 2 year of experience running an email marketing program. • Agency experience strongly preferred• Proficiency in writing and editing content for email marketing campaigns. • Basic e-mail conversion rate optimization knowledge. • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations and email best practices. • Experience with Klaviyo analytics. • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to drive data-based decisions. • Exceptional planning, organization, and time management abilities.• Keen attention to detail in all aspects of marketing. • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, SMSbump, relevant ESP, and SMS tools. • A willingness to learn and a passion for E-commerce marketing and sales. • General knowledge and proficiency in Shopify Apps and how they work in the ecosystem. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a high level of professionalism for client engagement. • Capability to work efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure, ensuring all projects are on track for success.Salary$65,000 - $80,000 per year Apply tot his job
