What you need to bring:• 2+ years closing high-ticket B2C deals over the phone• CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)• Proof you can close programs worth $3K+• The discipline to work remote without falling apartThis isn't for everyone.But if you're someone who thrives on results, values flexibility, and wants to be part of a team that's been winning for two decadeslet's talk. Hours:Your Schedule (MST):• MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM• Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM• SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. • Youll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.• Youll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. Youll typically have2535 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer.You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours..
