Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Electrical Estimator (Remote) in Indianapolis, IN for a direct hire opportunity with our client. Job Type: Direct PlacementPay: $120,000 to $130,000 Per Year BOEResponsibilities:• Prepare accurate electrical estimates for high-value data center projects ($50M+). • Perform takeoffs for UPS, switchgear, PDUs, high-voltage systems, lighting, conduit, and structured cabling.• Work with Service Managers and project teams across IN, FL, CO, and LA. • Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and local codes. • Participate in value engineering and cost optimization. • This Position can be Hybrid or REMOTEQualifications:• 7–10+ years electrical estimating experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities. • Strong expertise in high-voltage distribution, mission-critical systems, and structured cabling. • Skilled with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Revit) and Excel.• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. • Preferred: LEED-certified projects, Tier III/IV data centers, IT integration knowledge. Physical Requirements:• Regularly required to talk or hear, stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard for prolonged periods• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. • Light to moderate lifting may be required occasionally.Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
